We arrived just gone 9 o'clock, nice and early so we could order breakfast before getting into our robes. I had a croissant with jam and a mocha - a perfect way to begin my day, along with a chit chat. We then found our lockers and got into our swimwear and our robes, ready for a day of relaxing!
First we headed to the pool, jacuzzi's and aqua detox centre - in the detox centre there were a variety of hot and cold aqua facilities such as sauna's, rose infused steam rooms, herbal caldarium, saunarium, cold foot bath and many more. We spent our time in there until just after 12, before getting ready for our dinner.
At 1PM we headed to the Seventh Heaven Restaurant where we had a three course meal which was part of our package - which you may have said were small portions, however the quality of the ingredients where high and very rich. You also had access to a self service salad, meat/fish, fresh fruit and nuts bar. It was all delicious!!
After we had induldged in a lovely dinner we went to have a look round to see other parts of the Spa - finding a lovely garden area with loungers, which was nice for a while when the sun was shining however quickly came quite chilly. So we found the Slumber Room where there were places to relax, and if so nap. I went straight over to these cocoon type hanging pods - they were big enough for two people if you snuggled together, so comfy. I happily had a nap for an hour!!
The lighting in there made is so cosy!
It was then time for our treatments - mum and Lauren went for a back and shoulder massage, where as I chose to have a facial. It was beautiful - the lady used various products on my skin, massaging my face and shoulders. It was so relaxing, definitely worth paying the extra for!!
Me & Mum back to a bit more relaxing after our treatments.
Finally, we went back into the conservatory (where we had breakfast) for afternoon tea and a snack. I had a black americano & a salted caramel flavoured ice-cream. Mmm!! A great way to end my day before going back to the locker and shower area to get ready to go home.
It was lovely to have the chance to spend some quality time with my mum and Lauren for a change - it doesn't seem to happen very often so it was great to take the chance!! We all enjoyed it thoroughly, shame we couldn't have spent more than just one day there to be honest!
There are various packages that you can choose from at Eden Hall - most of there offers are around Christmas, or Mothers Day for example. Definitely worth waiting for the offers to get more for your money if you have that chance - as many treatments as you can is the best way forward! Head to their website for prices etc, as i'm not 100% sure on the overall price of my day with it being a gift.
I definitely wouldn't hesitate to visit again!
Have you been on a Spa day before? Which Spa would recommend? ❤️
