Paul Hollywood

Last weekend I also got to see Paul Hollywood on his British Baking Tour. My best friend Shannon's housemate at university got us last minute tickets. He was doing his show at the University of Warick, which is the university they both go to & therefore wasn't too far to travel! Here's a picture of the set before he came out.. 

When he came out he was a more genuine person that I expected, than we all expected I think! He was joking & making general conversation with the audience, all laughing along together - relating to the British Bake Off.

..and then on Twitter during the week I noticed that he'd tweeted the photo he took of us all in the audience (if i zoom in really close I can kind of recognise myself, Shannon & her flatmate).

He made some wonderful dishes including many different christmas dishes such as Mince Pies and Yule Log. They all looked delicious but we wasn't close enough to the walk way in the audience to be lucky enough to get some & try it!

Overall his British Baking Tour was amazing, the dishes he made are easily to be made at home! Something i'd never been to before, but I really enjoyed it & would happily go to one similar again!
